Washington State Clean Buildings Act
Filing Deadline: June 1, 2026
Commercial buildings over 50,000 sq. ft. Energy Use Intensity (EUI) targets or follow an approved “investment criteria” pathway. Early adopters may qualify for incentive programs -- benchmarking is a first critical step.
